The Custom Playing Cards

The high quality finish comes as standard with our personalised playing cards packs, but everything else is totally customisable - your custom playing cards can be any size, the pack can contain any number of cards, you can choose to have single sided or double sided personalisation or branding, and you can even choose to have custom printed boxes!

The Playing Card Material

Printed on professional grade playing card board, developed specifically for the creation of playing cards.

Our Poker, Bridge, Double Poker and A6 Cards are all finished to the following specification as standard -

• 320gsm Linen Finish Playing Card Board
• Triple Ply Construction, With 100% Opaque Black Centre
• Plastic coated as standard

Our Education, Trump, Tarot, Oracle, Affirmation and Flash Cards are all finished to the following specification as standard -

• 320gsm Smooth Finish Playing Card Board
• Triple Ply Construction, With 100% Opaque Black Centre
• Plastic coated as standard

The Plastic Coating

All of our Poker, Bridge, Double Poker and A6 custom playing cards are plastic coated, this gives them a superior feel and increases the durability.

You aren’t limited to standard poker size (63.5mm x 89mm) we can create custom playing cards to be any size for example –

• Double Poker Size – 127mm x 89mm
• Educational Size 146mm x 89mm
• Business Card Size – 55mm x 88mm

The Number of Cards

The standard packs have 54 cards (52 face cards and 2 jokers) however if your requirements are for a different number of cards this is not a problem, let us know the details and we can give you a quotation. We have a vast array of box dies available to us for different numbers of cards to allow the perfect fit for your project.

The Card Design

Contact us and we can supply appropriate templates for the cards and boxes. Once created you can email the print files to us or we can send you a link to a dropbox folder.

The Boxes

We offer custom printed boxes as standard for orders over 10 packs. Custom boxes for smaller orders are available, see pricing page for more details.
